The Realme V25 smartphone was unveiled in China today, and it was accompanied on stage by the TWS earphones Buds Q2s.

The phone is the Realme 9 Pro with a new name for the Chinese market, and it also has 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage – a memory combination that is not available elsewhere.

The Realme V25 is identical to the Realme 9 Pro except for the camera. It features the same 6.6 inches LCD screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a 5,000 mAh battery with 33 Watts charging, and a 64 MP primary camera.

Realme ditched the 8 MP ultra-wide-angle shooter in favor of a 2 MP B&W sensor for portrait videos, while the other 2 MP macro lens remained untouched. This phone also comes pre-installed with Realme UI 3.0.

One of the cool features of the Realme 9 Pro was a version that changed color in direct sunlight, which the company also brought here. After 25 seconds in the sun or any other UV light, the blue panel turns pinkish red. After 3 minutes of exposure, it fades back to the original blue.

The Realme V25 costs CNY 1,999, and the flash sale begins tomorrow.
