Apple announces HomePod Speaker to take on Amazon Echo and Sonos
Siri speakers rumour out of the way: it turns out Apple was not just aiming its Siri Speakers again Amazon Echo and Google home but also Sonos home entertainment speakers. The called it HomePod; It uses special awareness to tune. It has music feature to stream music from Apple Music. Apple Prices HomePod at $349. The Siri Speakers can be used to control smart home devices and check day’s weather and news briefings. The are planning to ship it in December First for the consumers of U.S and U.K. The Siri Speakers are available in two colours Black or White and will integrate Siri into a device. You will be able to ask it help you with everyday life.
iMac Pro Introduced – Updated Specs and New One
Apple’s introducing updated iMac desktops with improved retina display, Kaby Lake processors and USB-C along with graphic boosts. They will support VR content creations.
Not just old iMac’s are being improved there is a new iMac Pro with 5K display, improved cooling capacity, 8 Core Xeon processor(upgradeable to 18-cores) and 4TB SSD with 128GB of ECC memory and 4 Thunderbolt ports with 10GB Ethernet.
Price of New iMac Pro 2017
New iMac starts at $1,099 of 21.5-inch model and $1,299 for 4K model. The Mackbooks will get upgraded as well. The iMac Pro starts at $4,999, and it will ship in December.
10.5 Inch iPad Pro introduced
The iPad Pro will be available in three different sizes, and it will feature 10.5-inch model introduced today. There is 12MP camera just like iPhone 7 with 7MP selfie cam, and it supports USB 3.0 and works for 10 hours of battery life.
The 10.5-inch iPad Pro will be available starting with a 64GB configuration at $649; it’s available to order now and to ship next week.
The New macOS is named High Sierra
The next version of macOS is named High Sierra and will feature improvements in Safari like block site tracks and auto-playing videos.
It is an updated file management system, and it will be part of the upgrade. It will support VR and Metal 2 developer kit that you can order with AMD GPU to tune apps for external graphics.
WatchOS 4 brings new Siri WatchFace, Fitness and new User Interface.
An update for the Apple Watch is coming which introduces new faces that display different types of information, such as Siri reminders or more visual ones that feature Toy Story characters a la Mickey Mouse.
