This year, only 2 percent of the student have appeared and passed the tests of the Central Superior Services (CSS) of the Pakistan, which is a very big setback to the domestic education of the Pakistan.
Every year thousands of the student who graduates and try to avail an impossible chance to get a job in the Bureaucratic system of Pakistan. But statistics shows that most of the student fails to achieve their aim.
It is said that this year it’s very tough for the graduates to pass the test. After the result is revealed, the observers are surprised to see that 98% of the students fails to test the pass. And this is for the first time that a huge number of the students fails to pass the test.
Almost 20,717 students have applied for the written tests and 9643 students appeared in the test out of which only 202 candidates have passed the written test which will now be called for the interview.
Candidates have claimed that strict selection criteria of the subjects are one of the main reason due to which a huge number of candidates fails to pass the test.
This picture highlights the problems in the education system of the Pakistan especially higher education. Nowadays,competition in the education field is very high and there are also not enough differences for the students and graduates to work. Obviously, the competition is very tough when there are so many candidates who have applied for the same position.
The main problem is, Students are not taught to think work with any other unknown variable or to think outside of fixed parameters. There is also the lack of the concept based education which is another big hurdle in the education system of the Pakistan and due to which student fails to pass these tests.
Main reasons behind failing of the Graduate students in such tests:
- Lack of potential.
- Flawed preparation technique.
- Lack of enthusiasm.
- No proper guidance.
- Wrong utilization of energy.
