AMD Ryzen 7000X3D Prices: 7950X3D, 7900X3D and 7800X3D

by Jack Prosser

AMD has finally announced the prices for its highly anticipated Ryzen 7000X3D processors. The 3D V-Cache technology will run game faster and have more frames. Gamers who can’t wait for these new CPUs to come out will hear both good and bad news.

The bad news first. The Ryzen 7000X3D processors are much more expensive than the ones that are already on the market. The Ryzen 9 7950X3D will cost $699, which is $100 more than what the Ryzen 9 7950X costs right now. The price of the Ryzen 9 7900X3D is $599, which is about $150 more than the price of the Ryzen 9 7900X. Lastly, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D costs $449, which is about $100 more than the Ryzen 7 7700X.

The good news comes next. The Ryzen 7000X3D processors have a lot of advantages over the ones that are already on the market. Unlike the Ryzen 7 5800X3D, AMD’s first 3D V-Cache model, the new CPUs have the same clock speeds as their non-X3D counterparts. For example, the Ryzen 9 7950X3D has the same peak boost frequency as the Ryzen 9 7950X, which is 5.7GHz.

Also, the promise of much faster performance in many games makes these CPUs the fastest option for gamers, beating both AMD’s current CPUs and Intel’s 13th Gen models. The new CPUs also have more cores. You can choose between 12 and 16 cores, which makes them perfect for gamers who also make their own content.

AMD’s Ryzen 7000 CPUs and Socket AM5 motherboards haven’t sold as well as it would like because of competition from Intel, high platform costs, and high motherboard costs. Since its 7000-series Zen 4 CPUs came out last year, the company has had to lower prices. The new Ryzen 7000X3D processors, on the other hand, could change that. With the promise that they will be the best gaming CPUs on the market, they could turn around AMD’s luck and get sales going.

AMD’s Ryzen 7900X3D and 7950X3D Release Date

The Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D will be available on February 28, and the Ryzen 7 7800X3D will be available on April 6. Gamers and content creators can’t wait for these CPUs to come out because they will change the gaming world for good.
