Just few days ago we had reports that Nokia 7 Plus’s android Pie update is likely to be delayed because of bugs. The expectation was to see Pie update on Nokia 7 Plus by next week or later. But the software update by HDM Global is already rolled out today. Product Manager Juho Sarvikas announced the rollout of Nokia 7 Plus Pie Update in typical fashion.
Nokia 7 Plus is Getting Android 9.0 Pie Update
The update includes standard Android Pie feature like reworked Do not disturb mode, digital well-being dashboard, adaptive brightness, adaptive battery along with navigation button/tic-tac settings. The update package is 1400 MB in terms of update size that will be hitting Nokia 7 Plus devices around the globe.

However, due to some reasons, it could be delayed in your region (depending on where you are living) but eventually you will receive the Android 9.0 Pie update. Nokia is the third non-Google company after OnePlus and Essential to deliver an update on its device. HMD Global is a fast iteration company which provides longer device support. Although they have a long way to go before they can compete in the flagship market, their budget and mid-range offerings are formidable competitors to the likes of Xiaomi.
