Rumors about iPhone SE 2 have been trending. We have been hearing a lot about the device, but after the launch of the iPhone X, things aren’t the same as before. The iPhone SE 2 is likely to adopt same design, it means that device will have bezel-less design, a notch, just like the iPhone X. Rumors are the new device will roll out in September 2018.

Recently, case maker Olixar reveal some images, showing complete design of the device, along with the real screen protector. These images show rounded notch as the iPhone X, but the screen protector suggested more angular notch design.

Rumors also suggested Face ID is also with the iPhone SE 2, there won’t be a physical home button with fingerprint sensor in it, it is very likely that Apple intends to implement 2D face recognition, but it is too early to tell.

According to the rumors iPhone SE 2 will have glass back for wireless charging. This wireless charging has been confirmed by a number of leaks and this is something that everyone is expecting from iPhone in 2018. iPhone SE 2 will now also feature 3.5mm audio jack and Apple is not going to take step back from this decision.

The iPhone SE 2 is rumored to have the same dimension as the original iPhone SE. That is, 4.87 x 2.31 x 0.30 inches (123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm) and the weight is 3.99 OZ (113g). the only difference will be the screen size, it means that iPhone SE 2 will have much larger screen than iPhone SE. the second difference is the home button and iPhone SE 2 is expected to adopt the same gesture-based user interface that appeared in iPhone X last year.

The new iPhone will likely to hold the boxy design of the original, with the same side button configuration and top button, which means that the volume keys and mute switch on the left, and power button at the top.
