The ROG phone spotted on GeekBench cross-platform processor benchmark. On the GeekBench listing, the Asus ROG runs on Android 9.0 Pie operating system.

Asus ROG is one of the most popular smartphones of 2018. The phone came with Android 8.1 Oreo onboard out of the box. Asus ROG phone spotted on GeekBench runs Android 9.0 Pie OS that means Android Pie update for ROG phone is coming soon.

The model number of Asus ROG phone is ASUS_Z01QD. The phone scored 2403 points in Single core test while 8889 points in multi-core test. The listing on Geekbench confirms the device is running on Android Pie, that certainly means Android Pie is coming on ROG in early 2019.

However, there is no statement from the company about the release of major OS update for Asus ROG phone, but we can expect an update soon.

Asus ROG phone was launched in the middle of 2018 with an impressive design that had three ultrasonic pressure sensitive zones. Not just that It is a water-resistant phone that comes with additional accessory support, it has a 6.0-inch AMOLED display with 1080 x 2160 pixels of resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The processing is powered by 10-nanometer chipset by Snapdragon the Snapdragon 845. If you think this phone should have a huge RAM, you are right. Asus ROG phone has not six but 8 GBs of RAM along with 128 GB of storage that is expandable up to 512GB with the card.

ROG phone by Asus has dual camera setup on the backside with a 12-megapixel main camera along with 8-megapixel secondary sensor. It also has 8-megapixel selfie camera that performs well during the day.
