DeepCool has announced the release of its latest flagship high-performance CPU cooler. The Assassin IV Dual-Tower heatsink is the most visually appealing air cooler available. The cooler was unveiled for the first time at CES 2023. They have finally disclosed the product specifications.

Attractive and Powerful Design

The DeepCool Assassin IV is unlike any other CPU air cooler and heatsink. Its veiled exterior and unusual square form in all-black look fantastic and will complement any PC build.

The heatsink includes seven heat pipes and a dual fan configuration. It comprises 120mm and 140mm FDB fans with high RPMs. In performance mode, it provides 79.1 / 58.06 CFM airflow and 63.76 / 46.75 CFM airflow in quiet mode.

Outstanding Performance

The Assassin IV CPU cooler is extremely efficient and can dissipate up to 280 Watts of heat. Handling such heat is plenty for any modern high-end CPU. Even the Core i9-13900KS’s 253W will be insufficient for this beast.

The fans make less than 29.3 dB(A) of noise in performance mode and less than 22.6 dB(A) of noise in quiet mode.

Features and Compatibility

DeepCool’s Assassin IV is compatible with Intel LGA1700/1200/115x processors. Additionally, Intel LGA20xx and AMD AM4/AM5 sockets are supported. The dimensions of the unit are 144 x 147 x 164 mm. Simultaneously, the heatsink measures 140x110x160mm and weighs 1575 grams.

The fans are powered by a 4-pin PWM connector, and there’s even an RGB LED on the heatsink shroud that changes color depending on the temperature of the CPU. When in performance mode, the unit consumes 2.88W.
