Micromax IN Note 2 features the Helio G95 SoC, a 48-megapixel camera, and an AMOLED display

Micromax made a comeback with the IN Note 1 in November 2020 to the Indian smartphone market, and the firm announced the IN Note 2 as its successor.

The Micromax IN Note 2 boasts a 6.43″ FullHD+ AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 550 nits and is covered by an unknown version of Gorilla Glass. The 16MP selfie camera is housed in a punch hole in the center of the display.

It has a 48MP primary camera and 5MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth cameras.

It comes with an Helio G95 SoC paired with 4 GB RAM, internal storage of 64 GB, a separate microSD card slot for storage expansion.

On the software side, we get stock Android 11, but the firm hasn’t announced anything on its official website about future version releases.

The Micromax IN Note 2 also has liquid cooling, a 3.5mm headphone socket, USB-C connector, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 30W charging that claims to charge from zero to 50% in 25 minutes. Reverse wired charging is also possible with this smartphone.

The Micromax IN Note 2 will be in Black and Brown colors and will go on sale in India on January 30 through Flipkart and Micromaxinfo.com. It costs INR13,490 ($180/€160), but for a limited time, it will be offered at an introductory price of INR12,490 ($165/€150).
