DJI To Roll Out App Letting Users Track Down Drone Ownership Within One Kilometer Range
DJI explained about the application by which people can track down their drones within the range of one kilometer in the Drone Enable Conference held in Montreal. Anyone who has a smartphone will be able to get information about his drone through DJI.

The news was announced amid a broader push for data transparency in the drone industry, as reported by Reuters and The Verge.
The application of DJI is free, and is expected to be available next year. Only a smartphone is required to run this software. The Federal Aviation Agency is accepting it as a license for drone users. The registered person will receive a unique code number which is required to use the drone outdoors.
FAA also support by DJI through the drone registration program. The drones’ flight height of 98 feet and a radius of 164 feet will not permit without this license in 2017. According to the FAA Modernization and Reform Act, it becomes mandatory to get this license to fly the drone.
