The company has also made the Paper app, which is a collaborative document workspace for Dropbox Business users, available offline for both Android and iOS users.

This feature is very useful. The users only need to spot their smartphones at a document, receipt or whiteboard and then take a shot of photo from within Dropbox app.

The users can also be able to crop or rotate the scanned documents, after that the feature will convert photos into a single PDF.

Well, if the user is a part of Dropbox Business Team, the users can also search keywords from scanned documents, which makes a Paper app more competitive.

The app update also comprises of a useful offline mode, which allows user to continue work on the document if it is stored in their Dropbox account even if you are not connect to Internet.

The features also allows you to create, access, modify and comment on the Paper docs while they are offline. The documents will be synchronized when the user is connected to Internet.
