On December 1, Xiaomi will release its first 10 Gigabit Router. This new router is part of the company’s Mi Router series and promises to make home internet connections faster and more reliable. It features several cutting-edge technologies, including Wireless-AX, MU-MIMO, and beamforming technology, allowing it to provide up to 10 Gbps wireless speeds. The router also comes with four high-gain antennas, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, and a USB 3.0 port for added convenience.

Xiaomi’s latest router, the AX9000, is designed to provide high-end coverage and performance in a compact package. But now, there’s an even better option – the Polygonal Router. This new router is the same as Xiaomi’s high-end AX9000 router but with more space. The unique body of the Polygonal Router takes on a polygon shape and could have up to three antennas to maximize its range. Plus, it has advanced 802.11ax Wi-Fi technology for faster speeds than ever.
The Polygonal Router has key features distinguish it from Xiaomi’s flagship model. It has four Ethernet and two USB 3 ports, so you can easily connect multiple devices or create your network with just one device.

The Xiaomi 10G router will be able to use the latest Wi-Fi 7 protocol, which means it can send data faster and have a lot of new features. Wider channels, better QAM modulation, and the ability to connect to more than one device simultaneously.

We think that the processor in the 10G router will be more powerful than the Qualcomm IPQ8072A processor in the AX9000. The router had 1GB of memory and a maximum speed of 3.5Gbps. It also worked with three different bands at the same time. It was the first Xiaomi router to connect to USB 3.0 and Wi-Fi 6.
