Google Maps adds feature to create and share bucket lists with friends

Google Map has been great for mentioning a path to reach a particular place. Planning the places you want to visit is less great but the company aims to change it.

The company has announced a “to-do” lists that allow you to make a map for a possible route or bucket lists, and then you can share them with your friends.

Some of the preset lists have been added such as ‘Favorites’ and ‘Want to go’ while searching the places you can add them to the list by tapping the Save Button. However, you can also create new list according to your choice.

Once you made the list, you can open it by tapping on the  ‘Your Places’ section on the side menu and then choosing the ‘Saved’ tab.

You will also see that the places you saved will be drawn out on the map automatically, a link of these will be created which you can be able to share with your friends.

The fun section will occur when you friends will follow the links, after which the list will pop up on their maps and will be updated when you updates them.

This feature has been added to the Google Maps on the web and its app with updated version has been available in the Play store and Apple store.
