From today, the feature will be live in almost 18 towns as well as cities of the UK.

The cities and towns include Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Coventry, Crawley, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oxford, Reading, Sheffield and Southampton.

It is reported that Google will release this feature in more than 200 countries on iOS as well as Android devices.

Moreover, Google Maps will also provide information about a particular subway train or bus delay.

According to a blog post, the search engine giant will provide information about whether the ride is delayed or not.

Moreover, it will provide information about the arrival time and accurate travel time depending on the traffic conditions.

The maps will also point the location where the delay happens. In this way, you will be able to save much more time than you expect.
