As Snapchat is busy in attracting more users towards it, so Instagram is taking benefit of it and trying to move forward by copying Snapchat’s feature.
The Facebook-owned service is now busy in developing and introducing a new feature to its well-known stories that are somewhat like a throwback.
The upcoming update will allow users to add their pics and videos to their stories which will remain there for more than 24 hours. In this way, their whole camera role will be available for their disappearing #FlashbackFridays posts.
As you add an image or video clip and it remains there in your story for more than 24 hours then that image will pop up with a new sticker update.Similarly, you will be having options for resizing, rotating, moving and deleting the date stamp.
For Snapchat users, this feature has already introduced on the platform along with the introduction of Memories back in 2016. The update for Instagram users is now available on iOS and Android.
