Today, Apple has revealed iOS 11.4 which includes the introduction of AirPlay 2 for providing more functionality to its users in HomePod.

However, all other speakers like Amazon Echo and Google already contain the feature of multi-room audio, but HomePod did not have such skills.

Moreover, the HomePod is even not capable of supporting the stereo pairing. But, from now the HomePod will have the ability to support these two features as well.

Now, users will be able to connect their HomePod with other AirPlay 2-enabled speakers and play audio throughout multiple rooms.

Users will also have the right to pair two HomePods to create a stereo system. The company has decided to introduce this update along with HomePod in Canada, France, and Germany on June 18th.

The company has also featured iOS 11.4 with an iMessage feature on Icloud, which will allow the users to access their messages across all their Apple devices.

It will also allow the users to store their messages in iCloud. Other features like deleting messages on your iPhone will also remove those messages from your iPad and Mac as well.
