Launch of Motorola Edge 30 Pro tipped

Motorola unveiled the Moto Edge X30 in China last month. It was the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 phone. According to recent reports, Motorola is testing a new smartphone for Asian markets named the Motorola Edge 30 Pro. A month or two, the Edge 30 Pro will be available, reported by 91mobiles.

The Motorola Edge 30 Pro has been rumored before. The unknown model was discovered on Geekbench with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU, 12 GB of RAM, and Android 12 OS. The Edge 30 Pro appears to be an improved Edge X30.

As stated by Mukul Sharma, the device has been given the green light by some different certification bodies. Even if the device is expected to make it to India, there is no word yet on what it will be called in India.

Moto Edge X30 specifications

The Moto Edge X30 has a 6.7-inch OLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. It has a 60-megapixel front-facing camera and a triple camera unit with 50-megapixel (main) + 50-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (depth). It is powered by the Android 12 OS, based on MYUI 3.0.

The Edge X30 is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The battery on the device is 5,000mAh and supports 68W fast charging.
