Samsung Galaxy S23 US was found on Geekbench this week. Now the S23 Ultra variant is on the benchmarking platform. SM-S918U appears to be the US version. MySmartPrice found the listing, which reveals the gadget specs. Even though leaks have started, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series successor of the Galaxy S22 series will come out in January or February 2023.

Galaxy S23 Ultra is the second S23 device on Geekbench. The motherboard is codenamed ‘Kalama’ like the standard version. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. SoC contains one 3.36GHz prime core, four 2.80GHz mid-cores, and three 2.02GHz energy-efficient cores. Adreno 740 is onboard. The listing also discloses the S23 Ultra’s 8GB RAM, although we expect more at launch. The phone ships with Android 13.

Single-core and multi-core benchmarks give the S23 Ultra 1,521 and 4,689 points. Regular S23 scored 1,524 and 4,597. The Geekbench listing gives no other facts.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra was detected featuring 25W fast charging on China’s 3C certification website last month. The S23 Ultra may only have a better camera and processor. The S23 Ultra’s main camera is supposedly 200MP. CAD-based renders of the next-generation Ultra show no major design changes.
