Some specification details of a Realme GT Neo3 Gaming Edition got leaked a few weeks ago, and now information on the non-gaming model has surfaced. The phone will be known as the Realme GT Neo3 and available in a few months.

According to @OnLeaks and Zollege, the phone will be unveiled on July 31 and will cost around $25,000 (approximately $340/€300). We suspect that this price is part of a launch day promotion because otherwise, it would be pretty low. The Neo2 was initially priced at 32,000, but there was a 7,000 discount during the holiday season.

The Snapdragon 888 is expected to power the standard GT Neo3. The Neo2 was released last year with a Snapdragon 870, so the 888 will provide a performance boost even though it is no longer the latest and greatest from Qualcomm. On the other hand, the Gaming Edition model is said to use the Dimensity 9000 chipset, making it the faster of the two.

In any case, the new model will have an improved camera setup, including a 50 MP primary sensor and OIS (vs. 64 MP no OIS). The other cameras will be the same as the 2021 model, which means an a 16 MP selfie, and an 8 MP ultra-wide, a 2 MP macro . The display should be the same size as the phone, 6.62″.

The Realme GT2 series will go global at the MWC next week. The GT3 series will debut months later, most likely in China, before expanding to India and other markets.
