Do you know What is Meizu? Meizu Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chinese consumer electronics company based in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, China. Founded in 2003, Meizu began as a manufacturer of MP3 players and later MP4 players. As of 2008, Meizu moved its focus from MP3 and MP4 players to smartphones, with their first smartphone being the Meizu M8. You might be wondering why I am telling you that? Don’t panic I am going to review one of their product Meizu M2 Note 4G LTE Phablet, Meizu is not a name you are familiar with, but they are right vendors and provide great products to their customers, it’s one of the top ten smartphone manufacturers in China who sold 8.9 million units in the first half of this year.

If you are a tech guy, then you might be aware of what are the qualities of a good smartphone? Mobile should have a good camera, better processor, large memory and most important RAM should be fast Meizu M2 Note 4G Phablet has all of these qualities which we will discuss today, whenever it is good there are some bad factors of that device which we will discuss later. Here are some of the popular mobile devices from this Chinese brand Meizu including the MX4, MX4 Pro, MX5 and the M1 Note; there are many others, but these names are famous. I am not going to waste your time so let’s start the review, first thing first which is Design the most important thing which user consider when buying a new phone.

M2 Note runs on latest MediaTek 64-bit Octa-Core MT6753 processor, MediaTek MT6753 is a 64-bit octa-core World Mode 4G LTE platform based on the ARM Cortex-A53 64-bit processor with ARM Mali-T720 graphics. Its 64 bit Mali T720 GPU triple-core GPU ensures that you will get uninterrupted gaming and video playback experience. Besides processor Meizu’s M2 come with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM which is said to be 50% faster than its predecessor LPDDR2 chip. It also has 16GB internal storage, can be extended up to 128GB, that’s not what its hardware include M2 provide 2 SIM slots, so you don’t need to have another phone for your second SIM.

Screen

To get in the Phablet Category Screen size should be higher, M2 cover this aspect as well with its 5.5-inch screen and 1080 HD display. It uses IGZO display technology which helps the device to consume less battery and provide better performance. The screen comes with Japan’s Asahi Dragontrail glass protection which ensures better security and the pixel density of 403ppi with 1000:1 contrast ratio, its 450 nits of brightness provide a high-quality viewing experience even in less brightness.

Camera

Meizu embedded Samsung’s 13 MP CMOS rear camera with dual-tone LED flash which provides sharpness and let you record high definition videos and capture high-quality images.
