Nokia has shaped technology to transform the human experience and has successfully met the needs of its customers for about 150 years. Nokia used to be one of the world’s top mobile brands which are now acquired by Apple.

Juho Sarvikas, the Vice-President of HMD Global, took to his twitter on 3rd March 2020, to announce the release of the new Nokia phones stating “No Time to Wait. We have something special lined up for you. #nokiamobilelive”.
HMD Global had left its customers unaware regarding the launch of their new Nokia Phones due to the unfortunate cancellation of MWC.

Where several smartphone manufacturers changed their plans for the release of their products, still, this latest announcement has raised the expectation bar yet again.

Release Date:

The event is set to take place on 19th March 2020 in London.

Specifications:

Although the promo did not specifically give away details about the product line, there are rumors about the products having limited edition bond accessories for Nokia handsets and a postulation on a “007” Nokia phone. It is also speculated for the new products to have specs including a Snapdragon 855 chipset.

There are not many details about the products to be launched, but we can expect an upgrade on its 5G handset and its leveraging automation and AI to simplify network operations in 5G. Apart from that, we look forward to a mid-range Nokia 5.2 and an entry-level Nokia 1.3.
Since the details are vague and based on assumptions, we hope to get more particulars regarding the upcoming event and the products.
