Oppo has announced that it will partner with UEFA across different UEFA competitions, including the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, and UEFA Futsal Championship. The sponsorship agreement will see Oppo become a global sponsor of the UEFA Champions League and the official smartphone partner for all three competitions.
The UEFA Champions League’s positioning of “the greatest of the best” aligns with OPPO’s brand proposition of “Inspiration Ahead,” representing the brand’s drive to strive for greatness. OPPO will partner with UEFA to promote inspirational moments from the UEFA Champions League to football lovers worldwide.

William Liu, President of Global Marketing of OPPO, said “We are excited to partner with UEFA and work with them to drive inspiration for football fans during UEFA competitions. At OPPO, we believe in the power of innovation to help us overcome life’s challenges, and this synergy with UEFA’s desire to fight in the face of adversity makes this a perfect partnership.”
UEFA’s Marketing Director, Guy-Laurent Epstein, added “We are delighted to welcome OPPO to the UEFA sponsor family with the world’s greatest club competition – the UEFA Champions League. OPPO is a global leader in mobile technology and together, we are looking forward to advancing our efforts of connecting and inspiring football fans around the world.”
As a result of the partnership, OPPO will have enhanced visibility and appear on broadcast backdrops and in stadiums. Furthermore, the company will be featured in significant peripheral advertising, on the UEFA Champions League website, and on social media. Furthermore, OPPO will provide football fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go pitch-side and capture important moments using OPPO smartphones throughout the UEFA Champions League season. The Inspiration Moments captured during the matches will be published in an OPPO Gallery, which will be featured on the UEFA Champions League website and the OPPO UEFA Champions League landing page.
The collaboration will include notable OPPO smartphones, such as the Find and Reno mobile series, with cutting-edge picture NPU, MariSilicon X, as well as new and future OPPO IoT products, like as headphones and a smartwatch. These devices will allow football fans all over the world to experience the UEFA Champions League in new ways.
This sponsorship reinforces OPPO’s current athletic relationships and its goals of engaging customers through sports. The Chinese IT firm is in its fourth year of collaboration with Wimbledon, Roland-Garros, and the International Cricket Council (ICC). By collaborating with worldwide sporting tournaments, OPPO strives to appreciate users from many countries and cultures.
