Exynos 9820 Alleged Benchmark Crushes the A11 Bionic

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be unveiled in next few weeks but rumors about Note 9 will keep flowing, like this one the Exynos 9820 Benchmarks leaves A11 Bionic chipset used in Apple iPhone X behind in scores. However, the A11 Bionic chipset was faster than few computer processors.

This time, it is reportedly the benchmarking results of the Exynos 9820, which is Samsung’s in-house SoC for flagship smartphones. It has apparently beaten the Apple’s A11 Bionic in the latest benchmarking tests, which just goes to how far Samsung might have come in the custom silicon production race.

Exynos 9820 scored 12,000+ Points in Geekbench’s Multi-Core Test results and it has beaten the iPhone X’s chipset. The Model Number of Phone in the benchmark is SM-N960X which is the unlocked variant of Galaxy Note 9 expectedly. This variant will be sold in the U.S that explains why Exynos 9820 is used in Note 9.

The Exynos 9810 powered Galaxy S9 Plus is the best performer in Android category so far, however, the integration of Exynos 9810 in Galaxy Note 9 have beaten the scores of iPhone X that is pretty impressive. It is also worth mentioning that 4GB variant of Note 9 was used in test instead of 8GB so we can expect more scores from 6GB variant when tested.
