Now the Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 edge is just one month away to get this update, it looks like the owners of the Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 edge are probably anxious but they have to wait.
Recently some rumors suggested that the update may arrive in mid-April but Samsung may have pushed back the release until next month.
According to the Turkish website- that Samsung use for official announcements updated us with new scheduler, the Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 edge will be able to receive Android Oreo 8.0 updates on May 18.
The unlocked Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 edge is likely to be the first one to be updated to Android Oreo 8.0 and carrier-bound model will not get this update in the mentioned timeframe, they have to wait a bit longer.
Samsung Galaxy A7, A5 and A3 (2017) will be able to get an update on June 1(Website previously announced).
Please note that these timeframes are available for Turkey but other countries might get the update around the same time.
