Tonight, it is reported that Samsung has received a lot of complaints about the touchscreen problems of Galaxy S9/S9+ and the company has responded to all these reports.

According to unknown sources, a lot of users have pointed to a few threads on Reddit and Samsung’s own Support forums where owners have reported the issue related to their phones.

According to various owners, these issues were resolved after they performed a factory reset or turning up the sensitivity but a lot of owners are demanding the new phone from the company.

The company directed that the owners should report issues directly to the company and stated that “We are looking into a limited number of reports of Galaxy S9/S9+ touchscreen responsiveness issues,”

Obviously, some worse hardware issues were also reported in the past and iPhones had their private sessions with things such as “touch disease”.

One thing that should be cleared that either this issue is limited to some devices or it is being reported from all parts of the world.
