After this Samsung wants its customer to stay loyal to them, so for this purpose the company has claimed to give 100 dollar incentive to Note 7 customers. Those customers who have Note 7 with them can only claim 100 dollars credit bill if they select any other Samsung phone, but if the customer buys any other brand phone then they will be given $25.
The company started the new exchange program in the U.S. This initiative has been taken in the U.S yesterday. If you already buy the Samsung phone and get $ 25 with it then you can be able to claim more 75 dollars from the company or retailer.
Previously, Samsung has claimed that the company will make every effort to reach out to the Note 7 customers. Working in partnership with the CPSC, carriers, and retailers, Samsung is maximizing its reach to Note7 owners through multiple touchpoints, including direct communications, customer service, social media, marketing and in-store communications, to ensure users are aware of the program, understand their options and participate in the U.S. Note7 Exchange Program
Samsung’s U.S president and COO, Tim Baxter has also apologized to the Note 7 owners, He said:
“We appreciate the patience of our consumers, carrier and retail partners for carrying the burden during these challenging times. We are committed to doing everything we can to make this right.”
