According to SamMobile, the Android 13 developer preview has been released, and Google Pixel models can be updated to take advantage of the new features for early adopters.

It is worth noting that Samsung is working extremely hard on the One UI 5.0 system, which is based on Android 13 and allows for extensive customization. According to SamMobile, Samsung may release the beta version of One UI 5.0 in July, with the final version expected to be released at the end of 2022.

As is customary with Samsung’s high-end devices, the One UI 5.0 system will be the first to be tested on those. For example, the Galaxy S22 series, the Galaxy Z Fold4, the Galaxy Z Flip4, and other models will be among the first to adopt One UI 5.0 when it is released.

While Android 13 is not a revolutionary operating system, it does represent a significant step forward in that it is optimized for large-screen devices such as folding screens and tablets. Enhanced interface design by Google allows more applications to seamlessly adapt to Android devices of varying sizes, ultimately improving the overall application experience.

It is expected that Google will announce the Android 13 operating system at the I/O developer conference in May 2022 and that the official version update will be released in the second half of the year following the announcement.
