    You may be facing slow internet on your home connection or even on your smartphones, the reason of slow internet is no other than a problem in the submarine cable as usual.

    There are technical problems in TransWorld from past few days that’s why entire traffic has been shifted to PTCL and massive traffic caused major disruption yesterday.

    Update: PTCL has made an announcement that once of international submarine cable systems, SEA-ME-WE 4 has a fault.

    PTCL also mentioned that this cable system issue may result in bad customer experience like Slow Internet Speed or connectivity especially in peak hours.

    The international consortium for managing submarine cable system has initiated repair work to restore services at its earliest.

    The company has said that they are fully aware of the situation and taking necessary actions to resolve the issue and enhance the consumer experience. It is also confirmed that traffic is rerouted to other 3 submarine cable networks which are available with PTCL.
