SnapChat has been trending with its in-app purchase feature for few months. Back in February, the social media was able to launch its merch store for selling a dancing hot dog plush toy and apparel.

The company also teamed up with Jordan for sneaker release event. According to the reports, SnapChat has tested its in-app purchase feature by searching a helpful publisher channel.

According to co-founder of SeatGeek, Russ D’Souza, users will be able to access more ticket sales within SnapChat app once the pipe gets solidified. He said:

“For too long, the legacy ticketing approach has been to make it difficult for teams to sell tickets in lots of places. Teams should want to sell their tickets in as many places as possible.”
