According to the users, the new smartphone randomly shutdowns throughout the day. In order to make it work back, users will have to perform a hard reset.

It is reported that both smartphone Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL have the same issue. Moreover, users were not able to indicate the source of this issue.

It is not limited to only one user. However, one of the users has rebooted its pone in a safe mode just to ensure that no third party application is at fault.

But, that user still experiences the shutdown. It is expected that this might be a Google-related software issue.

This is not the first time that Google Pixel Phones have suffered from a particular issue. The original Pixel phones of the company also had some microphone problems.
