Telenor is going to launch “Naya Aghaaz” program for 2016, this program is specially designed for the women who are presently on a career break. With this program, they can move back to the workplace which offers them the opportunity to work in the corporate world.
About Naya Aghaaz
According to the Telenor, Naya Aghaaz was launched to provide the balance in work life for the women. Giving them a wide range of opportunities while giving them comfort-ness for taking care of things at home.
Due to large Family burden, it is difficult for them to corporate with strict office timings. Therefore, Telenor has taken step by giving relief to women so they can do work efficiently. There are options for the participants whether they want to work at night or at day while staying in the home.
All those women who have been on a break and want to continue their work in the corporate world so its time for them to apply for Naya Aghaaz and continue their work.
Eligibility criteria for applying is as follows.
- Prior experience of four years is required.
- Qualifying candidates will be offered a contractual position for 9 months.
- Interested female candidates can apply by going on Telenor’s official website (www.telenor.pk/careers).
It should be remembered that Telenor may offer permanent jobs to the beast candidates who have been performing good in contract based job.
Telenor advises its permanent employees to relocate themselves near the Head office of the Telenor in Lahore and Karachi.
it is hereby necessary to mention that in this month the second batch of the program was launched and 24 women are a part of this batch. However, 34 women have been selected as a worker in the new batch so far since its launch.
