Samsung previously teased the Galaxy F23, and it has now made its official debut.

The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G features a 6.6″ LCD with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a Full HD+ resolution, up from 90Hz and 720p+ on the F22.

It is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, a first for the Galaxy F series.

On the waterdrop notch is an 8MP f/2.2 selfie camera.

Around the back, there are three more cameras: a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide with a field of view of 123 degrees, and two 2MP f/2.2 macro units.

The Snapdragon 750G chipset, built on the 8nm process, is vital.

The new chipset is the same as the one that powers the Galaxy A52 5G bestseller.

RAM is either 4GB or 6GB, with a storage capacity of 128GB.

It contains two SIM slots and a dedicated micro SD slot.

In India, the phone runs Android 12 with One UI 4.1 on top and supports Samsung Pay.

It has Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, a USB-C port on the bottom, but no 3.5 mm audio jack.

While Samsung improved the charging speed of the Galaxy F23 over the Galaxy F22 to 25W, the battery capacity was reduced to 5,000 mAh.

In addition, the Galaxy F23 5G will ship without a charger in the retail box, making it Samsung’s first non-flagship device to do so.

The Galaxy F23 is available in Aqua Blue and Forest Green.

Flipkart’s current prices are INR15,999 ($210/€190) and INR16,999 ($220/€205).
