According to a spokesperson from Twitter has confirmed that the chief information security officer of the company, Micheal Coates, who joined the company back in 2015, is finally leaving.
According to the reports from an unknown source, he has announced internally that he will be leaving Twitter soon and now almost after three weeks he is leaving the company and going to start his own company.
Twitter has been an amazing ride, but as I mentioned internally a few weeks back, my time is coming to an end. I’m confident to leave the program with an amazing security team. What’s next? I’m off to co-found a security startup – hope to share more about what we’re doing soon!
