As someone who uses an MSI laptop or desktop computer, you may have come across something called the Nahimic Companion. This application should enhance the PC’s audio input and output.
What is Nahimic, and should you uninstall it? That’s the question we’ll answer in this article.
What exactly is the Nahimic companion app?
As previously stated, Nahimic is simply a collection of audio drivers designed to improve your listening experience. The software allows you to enjoy up to 7.1 surround sound on your standard stereo equipment via wired, Bluetooth, USB, or HDMI connections.
The simplest way to uninstall Nahimic Companion is to open it from your search bar and click on “Run Companion at Startup” to prevent it from running the next time you restart your computer. The aforementioned is the easiest method if you don’t want to mess with system data files.
Should I be Concerned?
Well, it’s just a typical audio driver, not a virus of some sort that can harm your PC; there’s nothing to worry about. Overall it’s there to improve the audio quality of your system.
How to Remove Nahimic Companion from PC?
