The Black Shark 6 from Xiaomi has recently appeared on a second-hand marketplace in China, causing quite a stir. Despite rumors of employee struggles and production difficulties, leaks and reports regarding the upcoming device have been flooding in.
The most recent leak, which emerged in late February, showcases a brand new camera island design and hints at the possibility of a leather back version. The early prototype that is up for sale on Youxianyu is priced at CNY 3,900 ($560), but it’s important to note that this is likely not the final price of the phone.
The listing also reveals that the Black Shark 6 could come with a 12GB/512GB memory configuration, a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary camera, and support for 120W fast wired charging.
Previous reports suggest that the device could be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and house a 5,000 mAh battery. Despite ongoing speculation surrounding the Black Shark 6, Xiaomi and its gaming arm, Black Shark, have yet to release any official statements regarding the device.
Nevertheless, the leak has sparked plenty of excitement and anticipation amongst tech enthusiasts and gamers alike.
