Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (e.g. the URL).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
